Jason's Community Run

Sincere thanks to everyone who participated in the second annual Jason’s Community Run yesterday, to honour the legacy of Jason Arbour '18 z"l. We saw an amazing turnout of Jason’s classmates, family, teachers and friends. 

The event raised more than $15,000 in support of both Kids Help Phone and TanenbaumCHAT’s new Computer Science, Technology & Engineering Award, to be presented for the first time this year. The award will be given out annually at graduation and is endowed in Jason's memory in perpetuity. 

The intention of Jason’s friends from the Class of 2018 was that through this run, we would remember Jason by coming together as a community. Yesterday was an incredible way to honour the ruach (spirit), camaraderie, warmth and friendship that was so much a part of who Jason was. If you haven't had a chance to donate, it's not too late.
